Westfalls Center for the Arts will offer a hands-on learning experience with Community Herbalist Sarah Sorci of Hamburg. Sarah will share information about some of her favorite culinary and medicinal herbs, including cultivation, harvest, and safe use. Sorci will also share general herb gardening tips, including healthy soil information. The class will culminate with the planting of an accessible herb garden for the community to enjoy.
