In this class, Community Herbalist Sarah Sorci will guide you through the preparation of basic herb-infused vinegars, herbal finishing salts, and herb-infused honey and maple syrup. Learn which tasty herbs to choose for your intended purpose (digestion support, mood-lifting, memory boosting, etc.).

Each participant will select a baggie of herbs for preparing herb-infused gifts at home, plus a handout of recipes.
