WNY is home to many "invasive" plants which have a notable (and often unwanted) presence in the landscape. Luckily, many of these plants are edible and medicinal. In this class, Sarah will help you identify and safely use species like garlic mustard, purple loosestrife, multiflora rose, Japanese knotweed and more.

Cost includes samples and recipes. Optional $4 lab fee covers a baggie of herbs to take home.
