Cold and Flu Care with WNY Plants

Cold and flu season is upon us. Luckily, western NY lawns, roadsides and gardens offer an abundance of local plants that can help. Studies have shown that herbs like elderberry, echinacea, boneset, thyme and more can help with prevention and/or reduce the severity and duration of sickness. Learn to identify and/or cultivate these plants, as well as how to safely and effectively use them for a healthy winter season. Many samples will be offered!
