Herbal Teas are a delicious and fun way to support wellness. In this workshop, Community Herbalist Sarah Sorci of Sweet Flag Herbs (and Lockwoods) will explore the unique properties and growing requirements of holy basil, lemon balm, peppermint, ginger and more. Participants will prepare their own tea blend, sample herbal concoctions, and take home recipes. Mary Trifunovic will complement the teas with herb flavored scones.
