Initial consultations typically last an hour and a half, giving Sarah a more in-depth picture of immediate health concerns, body type, diet, lifestyle, health history, medications and supplements taken, and one's experience with different body systems. 
Sliding scale: $35-$65. 
A personalized herbal formulation is often recommended and prepared, and is offered at wholesale price for all clients ($6/oz for a tincture). 

Followup sessions are often shorter than the initial consult. This is a time for you to report any noticed changes since implementing the protocol discussed, allowing further problem-solving if needed. Sarah will tweak the herbal formula or dosage as needed. A followup is not needed to obtain a formula refill. 
Sliding scale: $25-$45.

Wellness involves every part of one's lifestyle, including diet, exercise, stress, quality relationships, etc. Wellness solutions are sought in these areas before looking to herbs for additional support. 

Herbal medicine is people's medicine, and should be accessible to all. Focus is on education and empowerment, rather than dependence on practitioner. I choose locally abundant or Sarah-grown herbs whenever possible.
