Medicinal Vinegars Workshop

Greystone Bat, Bird and Butterfly Sanctuary (Greystone Nature Preserve) in Fredonia will partner with Sarah Sorci of Sweet Flag Herbs to offer an Herbal Vinegar Workshop. Participants will identify and harvest common local plants that are rich in vitamins, minerals, and digestion- supportive properties. Each participant will prepare their own herb-infused vinegar to take home with them. Participants will also take home written materials about preparing herb-infused products with abundant local herbs.

8531 Bear Lake Rd, Fredonia. Rain or shine.The first half of the event will take place outdoors, with some light walking; participants are advised to dress appropriately. Visitors will meet in the parking area at the end of the driveway. The cost of the event is $5, which includes materials; all proceeds will go to Greystone.
