Cost: $12 includes making your own tea blend to take home

Holistic herbalist Sarah Sorci believes that "In order for something to be truly healthy, it must also be good for the environment." In this indoor workshop, participants will explore sustainable ways to use locally wild and cultivated plants for wellness. We will focus on plants that support emotional well-being, stress management, and energy levels. Learn about medicinal properties and safe uses of plants like nettle, ashwagandha, tulsi, lemon balm, hawthorn, peppermint, garden Solomon's Seal and more. Sarah will also offer information about sustainable harvesting techniques, and cultivation tips for garden plants.

Participants will sample numerous herbal concoctions, and create their own tea blend to take home.

Space is limited; please register by contacting Sarah@sweetflagherbs.com or 716-997-2007.
